For security reasons, the pass will be mandatory for all on July 16 on the Plains of Abraham and on July 9 & 12 at Parc de la Francophonie. All children, regardless of age, will be required to wear the wristband and be accompanied by an adult. Strollers will also be prohibited on sites for the same dates.
