Everything You Need to Know About Pass Sales and Resale

BLEUFEU's Commitment to Transparency and Fairness. The sale of FEQ 2025 passes follows a rigorous and structured process to ensure fairness for all. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Exact Sale Time – The official public sale will begin precisely at noon on February 26, unless an unforeseen event occurs (e.g., system failure).
    The sale of Exclusive Zones (Gold and Silver Front-Stage Zones, Signature Bell Zone, and the Garden) will follow on March 19 at exactly noon.
  • Online Waiting Room – As every year, a waiting room will be activated in the morning on the day of the sale to manage buyer traffic in the transaction system. Buyers who arrive before the sale opens will be directed here. The waiting room will be active from 9 AM to noon, with no advantage to joining early.
  • Queue System – When sales open, those in the waiting room are placed into a queue with a randomly assigned position. They can track their progress in real time. Anyone arriving after noon will be placed at the end of the queue.

    Unfortunately, some individuals take advantage of the high demand to resell passes.

    It is not normal to find passes on the market at a much higher price than the one set by the festival. In these cases, resellers are profiting from the love of music at the expense of artists and the public.

    Because the FEQ is committed to keeping the Festival inclusive and accessible to all music fans, we have implemented several measures to counter resale:

    • Proactive Monitoring: A dedicated team monitors suspicious behavior and fraudulent transactions.
    • Purchase Limits: A limit of 4 General Admission FEQ passes or 2 BLEUFEU passes per transaction to prevent bulk buying.
    • Bot Detection: Advanced tools block automated purchases, ensuring a fair distribution of passes.
    • Awareness: BLEUFEU leverages all its platforms to encourage fans to purchase passes exclusively through our official website.
    • Virtual Waiting Room: A queue system to manage traffic flow and prevent mass purchases.

    Despite these efforts, resale remains a reality for all major festivals and live events. We are fully aware of the situation and, like you, we are disappointed when fans cannot enjoy the festival at a fair price.

    Ticket holders are encouraged to share their passes with loved ones (rather than renting them out) in a spirit of community and respect for the festival's values.
