Limited mobility

Reserved spaces are available for each of our stages!

As spaces are limited, reservations are necessary. The general admission pass is mandatory, including for accompanying individuals.

For each zone, there are adapted restrooms, chairs, ramps, and a pathway with a hard surface. Beverages and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase nearby.

DROP-OFF AREAS

Four STAC drop-off areas are available for people with limited mobility. 

  • Plains of Abraham (Plains of Abraham Museum parking lot)
  • Parc de la Francophonie (Intersection of George-V and Wilfrid-Laurier streets)
  • Place de l'Assemblée Nationale (Intersection of D'Auteuil and St-Louis streets)
  • Place D'Youville (Intersection of St-Jean and Des Glacis streets)

POLICY

These areas are reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving through the crowd permanently or temporarily (such as a casted limb or injury affecting mobility) and who moves using a manual or electric wheelchair, tricycle, quadricycle, a multipod cane or white cane, crutches, a walker, a guide or assistance dog (proof may be requested).

CLIENT ACCOUNT

The electronic ticket for the show you have reserved is accessible through your customer account. This ticket will be available starting June 5.

This ticket is mandatory to access your seat in the area.

IMPORTANT: Accompanying individuals and festivalgoers with reduced mobility must present themselves together at the zone entrance.

CANCELLATION RULES

Unable to attend a show for which you have made a reservation? Please let us know so that your seat can be assigned to someone else!

Contact the box office by 4:00 PM on the day of the show, either by email at billetterie@feq.ca or by phone at 418-800-3347 or 1-855-800-3347.

NO PENALTY applies when the box office is informed.

After three cancellations WITHOUT notifying the box office, your other reservations until the end of the Festival will be canceled and you will not be able to make a reservation for that zone for the 2025 edition.

Arrival at the entrance of the zone before 8:30 PM. After 8:30 PM, the reservation will be canceled.
