Limited mobility

The Festival d’été de Québec sites are designed and equipped to welcome festivalgoers with a wide range of accessibility needs.People with reduced mobility are welcome and may attend shows in general admission areas or in reserved zones, for which a reservation is required.The Place de l’Assemblée-Nationale and Place D’Youville sites offer free access to all shows.


RESERVED ZONES – REGISTRATION FORM

You have until May 31 (inclusive) to register.

These zones feature accessible washrooms, seating, ramps, and a hard-surface access path. Beverages and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase nearby.One accompanying person is permitted, regardless of age. If the accompanying person is a child between the ages of 0 and 10, no pass is required.Please note that following a survey conducted among users of these zones, the policy allowing only one accompanying person in the reserved zones has been maintained.

Experience FEQ

  • 1 - THE PASS

    Purchase a pass for yourself and your companion during the presale or the general public sale.

    Please note that a pass is not required to attend shows at the Hydro-Québec Stage in Place de l’Assemblée-Nationale; however, you must reserve your spot for the reduced mobility zone.

  • 2 - THE FORM

    This procedure ensures everyone has a fair chance to secure a spot in our zones. A 12-day period is provided to complete the form, after which spots are assigned based on preferences. For shows where the number of requests exceeds the number of available spots, attribution will be done randomly.

    Between May 20 and May 30 inclusive, a form to complete will be available on this page. Identify the show(s) you wish to attend on the 3 main sites:

    • Bell Stage, Plains of Abraham;
    • Loto-Québec Stage and SiriusXM Stage, George-V Square;
    • Hydro-Québec Stage, National Assembly Square.

    If you wish, you can make a second choice for another stage if we are unable to accommodate you for your first choice.

    Each date is managed independently, so there is no advantage to choosing one or more shows.

    Only one form is required per person. If you submit more than one form, only the information from the most recent form will be considered.

    People who cannot complete the form on their own can do so by phone with a ticketing agent at 418-800-3347 or 1-855-800-3347.

  • 3 - THE TICKET

    The week of June 1st, seats will be assigned based on all forms received. If demand exceeds the number of available seats in the area, a random selection will be made using an electronic algorithm.

    A confirmation email will be sent to you, and the mobile ticket(s) for the selected shows will be added to your customer account.

    During the week of June 1st, the form will allow you to reserve:

    • Shows that are not sold out.
    • Shows taking place at the other venues.

POLICY

These areas are reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving through the crowd on a permanent or temporary basis (such as a cast or injury impairing mobility) and who uses a manual or electric wheelchair, tricycle, quadricycle, a multi-legged cane or white cane, crutches, walker, guide dog, or assistance dog (a certificate may be requested).

CLIENT ACCOUNT

The electronic ticket for the show you have reserved is accessible through your FEQ account. 

IMPORTANT: Accompanying individuals and festivalgoers with reduced mobility must present themselves together at the zone entrance.

ZONE CAPACITY

Including individuals with reduced mobility and their companions:

  • Scène Bell - Plaines d'Abraham: 250 spots
  • Scène Loto-Québec and Scène SiriusXM - Place George-V: 24 spots
  • Scène Hydro-Québec - Place de l'Assemblée-Nationale: 20 spots
  • Scène Crave - Place D'Youville : 6 spots
  • Manège militaire: 8 spots

CANCELLATION RULES

Unable to attend a show for which you have made a reservation? Please let us know so that your seat can be assigned to someone else!

Contact the box office by 4:00 PM on the day of the show, either by email at billetterie@feq.ca or by phone at 418-800-3347 or 1-855-800-3347.

NO PENALTY applies when box office is informed. 

After three cancellations WITHOUT notifying the box office, your other reservations until the end of the Festival will be canceled and you will not be able to make a reservation for that zone for the 2027 edition.

Arrival at the entrance of the zone before 8:30 PM. After 8:30 PM, the reservation will be canceled.
