Reserved areas

Reserved spaces are available for each of our stages!

As spaces are limited, reservations are necessary. The general admission pass is mandatory, including for accompanying individuals.

For each zone, there are adapted restrooms, chairs, ramps, and a pathway with a hard surface. Beverages and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase nearby.

RESERVATION - SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE!

1 - THE PASS

Purchase a pass for yourself and your companion during the presale on March 19 or the public sale on March 20.

2 – THE FORM

Between May 22 and June 2, complete the form available on this page. Identify, for each day of the FEQ, the shows you wish to attend at the three main sites:

  • Bell Stage, Plains of Abraham
  • Loto-Québec Stage and SiriusXM Stage, Parc de la Francophonie
  • Hydro-Québec Stage, Place de l’Assemblée-Nationale

3 – THE TICKET

During the week of June 3, a random selection will be made by an electronic algorithm from all received forms. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and mobile tickets will be added to your customer account.

During the week of June 3 (date TBD), the form will allow you to reserve:

  • Shows that are not sold out.
  • Shows taking place at the Armoury.

POLICY

These areas are reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving through the crowd permanently or temporarily (such as a casted limb or injury affecting mobility) and who moves using a manual or electric wheelchair, tricycle, quadricycle, a multipod cane or white cane, crutches, a walker, a guide or assistance dog (proof may be requested).

CLIENT ACCOUNT

The electronic ticket for the show you have reserved is accessible through your customer account.

This ticket is mandatory to access your seat in the area.

ZONES CAPACITY

Including people with reduced mobility and their companions :

  • Bell Stage - Plains of Abraham: 250
  • Loto-Québec Stage and SiriusXM Stage - Parc de la Francophonie: 24
  • Hydro-Québec Stage - Place de l'Assemblée-Nationale: 20 
  • The Armoury: 8


IMPORTANT: Accompanying individuals and festivalgoers with reduced mobility must present themselves together at the zone entrance.

Arrival at the entrance of the zone before 8:30 PM. After 8:30 PM, the reservation will be canceled. Exception for the Armoury, which is accessible from the opening until closing.

CANCELLATION RULES - NEW IN 2024

Unable to attend a show for which you have made a reservation? Please let us know so that your seat can be assigned to someone else.

After three cancellations WITHOUT notifying the box office, your other reservations until the end of the Festival will be canceled without notice and you will not be able to make a reservation for that zone for the 2025 edition.

The cancellation procedure will be carried out in the weeks leading up to the Festival.
