Tré Burt is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter with Sacramento roots whose music blends folk, soul, and Americana with striking emotional depth. Signed to John Prine’s Oh Boy Records, he first gained attention with Caught It From the Rye (2020), followed by You, Yeah, You (2021), a richer, more expansive album shaped by themes of grief, justice, and renewal.

In 2023, he released Traffic Fiction, an adventurous project that fuses punk, dub, and soul while staying rooted in storytelling, incorporating recordings of conversations with his late grandfather.

Now entering a new creative phase, Burt embraces a more personal, DIY approach—writing, producing, and recording his music himself. This evolution brings together the intimacy of his early work with a broader lo-fi indie and electronic sound palette.
