Toronto-born singer-songwriter Lauren Isenberg, known as renforshort, grew up in a musical family and began composing piano songs in high school, performing at open mics. She debuted with the R&B/pop single waves in 2019, followed by mind games, two EPs (teenage angst in 2020 and off saint dominique in 2021), and her debut album dear amelia in 2022. Garnering over 200 million streams worldwide, she has collaborated with Travis Barker, Jake Bugg, and Mike Shinoda, toured Europe with Lauv in 2023, and released her latest EP, clean hands dirty water, on Nettwerk Music Group in 2026.
