Montreal-based multi-instrumentalist and synesthete Kat Pereira explores alternative electro-pop with poetic, socially conscious flair. A skilled keyboardist, guitarist, bassist, and flutist, she has collaborated with Alfa Rococo, Eli Rose, Alex Nevsky, and Laura Niquay. In 2025, she released her debut album vert de lichen alongside Félix Petit. On stage with Marie Gilaine Louis, Paul Lamontagne, and Guillaume Picard, Kat blends soul, jazz, hyperpop, and electronic sounds into a luminous, maximalist world addressing both personal and societal themes.
