Connaisseur Ticaso

Connaisseur Ticaso is a rapper and songwriter from Montreal. An enigmatic figure of the city’s gangsta rap scene, he built his reputation through EPs, mixtapes and as a featured guest during the 1990s, before finally putting out a first official LP, Normal de l’Est, in 2021. Produced by Ruffsound, the release of this album was like a bomb being detonated, leaving its mark on Quebec’s underground musical landscape.
