With a name taken from the soldier Louis Delgrès, who opposed the return of slavery to the West Indies during the reign of Napoleon, this French Creole blues trio includes former members of Afro-Brazilian band Rivière Noire. On their first album Mo Jodi, released in 2019, this new musical adventure brought us to the crossroads of Caribbean sounds and blues straight out of Louisiana. A Creole cocktail that is both personal and committed for Pascal Danaë, who is supported by his accomplices Orlando Morais and Kassé Mady Diabaté.
