With hits like Crazy on You, Magic Man, Barracuda, Alone and These Dreams, the eldest of the Wilson sisters transformed the hard-rock seventies sound of her band Heart into a more pop sound during the 1980s. In fact, 1985 marked a turning point in the band’s career, with the achievement of charting 5 of the 10 songs from their self-titled album in the Billboard Hot 100. A true pioneer of an American rock scene that included Joan Jett and Debbie Harry.
