Getting around Quebec City

    No transportation ticket will be sold in the shuttles parking lots. Get your transportation ticket beofre getting to the parking lots.

    Exclusive routes taking you from the suburbs directly downtown, few steps away from the FEQ's different sites.


    Leave your car in the different free parking lots to make the most out of public transportation.

  • Bike

    The Desjardins Bike Parking, operated by the Coop Roue-Libre, is a secured bike parking area free of charge during the Festival (located at the corner of Honoré Mercier and Saint-Louis Street).

  • On foot

    All the Festival sites are within walking distance from another - a great way to tour the city!

  • Car

    There are indoor and outdoor paid parking lots operated by La Société Parc-Auto in the area, but they fill up fast.

    In the Parc-O-Bus section on the RTC website, you'll find more information on free parking and ride lots where to leave your car behind and take the bus.

  • Ferry

    During the Festival, simultaneous departures from each shore are offered more frequently.


    To speed up boarding, we strongly recommend buying your tickets in advance at the Québec or Lévis ferry terminal.

Getting to Quebec City

  • Train

    Via Rail network serves both Quebec City and its two train stations: the Quebec City train station (downtown) and the Sainte-Foy train station.

  • Plane

    Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport has direct flights to and from several major Canadian and US cities.

  • Autocar

    Two major coach companies serve Quebec City with stops at Quebec City (downtown) and Sainte-Foy train stations: Orléans Express and Intercar.
