To offer a safe environment to its festivalgoers and employees, the FEQ works hand in hand with the public safety, the police forces, and the medical authorities for all security matters on the Festival sites. These rules are dictated by a standardisation of security measures followed by similar events across the world.
To speed up the entrance on site, the crowd will be separated in three separated lines: one for empty-handed people, one for the search of strollers and mobility-impaired individuals, and one for the search of backpacks. To take a weight off your shoulders and speed up the process, we suggest that you leave your bags and strollers at the checkroom, or better, at home or in the car.
The Festival also reserves the right to conduct, in certain situations, a body search or a search using a magnetic detector.
All bags will be searched.
To get to our sites faster, come WITHOUT your bag.
