Indus

Inspired by Colombian beats, traditional cattle herding melodies and indigenous flutes mixed with synthesizers, Indus is an electronic music project that combines ancestral Colombian sounds with analogue electronics.

Based in Bogotá, the duo is led by Oscar Alford, born on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, an independent producer who released his first album in 2020, followed by three singles and 2 EPs of remixes on Palenque Records.

The band’s live show is a blast of acid synths and Afro percussion, an invitation to dance and enter into a trance through the rhythms and a reinterpretation of Colombian sounds.
